- We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of error, fraud, or unavailability.
- We make effort to remit or deliver as quick as possible (Average 15-60 minutes) but can be between 6-24hrs depending on issues with partners/bank network.
- If network issues persist after 24hrs, customers will be duely informed and efforts will be made to quickly deliver.
- If you want delivery within Australia: add AUD20/kg or discuss options with seller
- If you want to pick up: no extra charges is needed. Seller will contact you with pick up address
- If item does not match description: You can request refund within 5 business days of receiving product.
- We process refund for only payments made to the account details provided on this platform.
- AUD 10 processing charge for refund applies.
- We will not be liable for payments made directly to seller.
- If you require refund: Do not ask bank for refund as it will delay the process. Kindly send us an email at admin@dgsgroup.org with photos of item showing mismatch with the description/photo on Dosimple market, our reviewers will assess and process refunds within 3-10 business days.
Returns and Refunds
Customers can only request refund for failed remittance after 1 week has passed from the date of deposit.
