Rental Rules

  • No illegal use of the property
  • No alcohol or drugs in the property
  • No unauthorized visitors after allocated times
  • No leaving premises with key except with written permission
  • Return property clean and tidy with fittings and furnitures provided (send photo)
  • Bookings are paid in advance before use. And no refunds if hall is available but unused
  • Booking Fee: 40 AUD/hour (1–15 people). Extra Guests: 20 AUD/hour for every additional 10 people.
  • Clean shared spaces immediately after use
  • keep private spaces clean and hygienic.
  • Incase of any breach, stay can be terminated immediately.
  • Ensure you entered correct information
