No illegal use of the property
No alcohol or drugs in the property
No unauthorized visitors after 10pm
Return keys when vacating premises
Return property clean and tidy with fittings and furnitures provided (send photos)
Bond or security deposit is for electricity deposit incase
of use beyond $300/month threshold
Clean shared spaces immediately after use and when rostered
keep private spaces clean and hygienic.
A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required to vacate the property
Incase of breach, stay can be terminated immediately.
